Here, cheeses are made from raw milk in the purest artisanal tradition, for an authentic taste.
Good nutrition and animal welfare are the secret of our production. Cows and goats are fed hay, corn and cereals produced on the farm. The milk is drawn off morning and evening for processing in the cheese dairy.
Our cheeses are available in stores, at markets (Beaulieu on Wednesday mornings), and at the farm from Monday to Thursday, 8am to 12pm and 2:30pm to 5:30pm, and from Friday to Sunday, 10am to 12pm
