The farmhouse is divided into 2 independent areas: the owners' house and the gîte, with separate entrances.
The gîte is accessible via its own ground-level entrance, and comprises a PMR-accessible bedroom (bed 140) with a ground-level bathroom/WC, a 60m2 main room with a fully-equipped kitchen, and an electric lift from the entrance and ground-level bedroom to the main room. The other 2 bedrooms (one with a 140cm bed, the other with a 160cm bed and 2 90cm trundle beds) are upstairs and share a bathroom and separate WC. Linen and cleaning included.
