Chez Gus & Olga
At Gus et Olga's, you'll smell the traditional flavors of Correze. The chef, Gus, is THE reference for farcidures in Tulle, a local potato-based speciality that can be eaten in or taken away. A family restaurant with a strong working-class spirit. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the restaurant's location in the heart of the Manufacture d'Armes district, where thousands of "nez-noirs" (black noses) used to eat after hard labor. Two weekly specials not to be missed: tête de veau on Wednesdays and farcidures on Fridays.
