Organic Limousin cows, grass-fed in Corrèze!
Our cows are raised outdoors, as the Limousin breed lends itself perfectly to this, and we select according to their hardy, maternal character.
We offer packages of 5 or 10kgs, made up of around 60% cuts for grilling (rib steak and/or rib eye, steaks (flank steak, rump steak, whiting, etc.), roast beef, rib steak, minced meat preparation and 40% cuts for cooking (pot au feu, shank, bourguignon).
