This extends into a lovely conservatory, heated in winter, which opens onto a covered terrace and a large enclosed garden. On the same level is a bedroom with a double bed, its own shower room and a separate toilet, accessible to people with some mobility difficulties. On the first floor of the house, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a single bed, 1 independent bathroom/WC and 1 hallway equipped with a sofa bed complete this spacious and functional accommodation.
