Minoterie Bordas et fils

Located in Salon-la-Tour, the Bordas et Fils flour mill has been family-run since 1900.

This flour mill, which began producing livestock feed in the 1980s, has a long tradition of know-how.

Today, it also offers a range of traditional Corrèze wheat flour. From field to mill, the flour is produced in a cylinder mill, free from preservatives and other additives.
