Our apple press is part of a tradition, but also part of the modern world, offering you fast service and a high yield for your apples. In less than an hour, you'll leave with pasteurized juice in 3-liter cubes. For each kilo of apples, 0.6 to 0.7 liters of juice are obtained.

Le Manoir de Saint-Bazile is equipped with a belt press that can process small quantities for private customers, guaranteeing everyone their own apple juice, as well as adapting to the needs of professionals, with a processing capacity of 1 tonne/hour.

We also produce our own apple juice.
