Our restaurant offers traditional, authentic Neapolitan pizza made with top-quality products. Our pizzas are baked in a domed oven imported from Genoa, and the cured meats finely sliced with a professional manual ham slicer. Our Rovagnati charcuterie in Milan has been one of the most prestigious in Italy since 1943, and sliced by the minute. Our pizza-maker Pascal is passionate about pizza, and masters all the techniques involved in making homemade pasta with natural sourdough and organic flour.
