Founded in 1994 in Aubazine, Corrèze, the Tutti Pasta company specializes in the production of fresh, artisanal pasta, and is continuing to expand, with the creation of a new range of dry pasta, combining the region's natural products, such as Cèpe, Châtaigne, Noix and Truffe.
By selecting the best qualities of durum wheat, and shaping the dough with longer kneading, resting and drying times, the company guarantees outstanding nutritional and taste properties.
Today, the company's range of dry pasta products is enjoying strong growth with a new export partner, Société Bovetti.
New flavors have been introduced, such as Basil, Pink Berries & Rosemary, Cuttlefish Ink, Espelette Peppers, Spices and Cocoa, which previously won the innovation prize at the Salon International
