Artisan Coutelier : Les couteaux du Cantou
I make different parts in different ways. I forge with my little arms in a manual coal forge. But I also use stock removal. By using different materials and methods, I'm always able to create something new and original. In conclusion, I sharpen and restore knives, but I also sell my products.
